Your order will be shipped within 2–3 business days after it is placed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. A delivery fee of ₹100 will be charged for orders below ₹999.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently accept prepaid orders only.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As our products are made to order and are perishable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, in rare cases where a product is damaged during shipping or an item is missing from your order, we may issue a refund or replacement upon receiving photo or video proof.

Do you accept bulk or custom orders?

Our story and mission

Welcome to Orugallu Origins.

Founded in 2026 by Nihar and Pranitha, Orugallu Origins was born in Warangal with a simple mission: to bring authentic homemade flavours back to Indian kitchens. We started this journey because too many food products today contain additives, preservatives, and unnecessary ingredients that compromise quality and taste.

We prepare our Masala’s, Podi’s, and Traditional Snacks in small batches only after receiving your order. Using carefully selected ingredients and traditional recipes, our products are freshly made without preservatives, additives, artificial colours, or artificial sweeteners.

As an FSSAI-registered business, we are committed to freshness, quality, honest ingredients, fair pricing, and responsive customer service. Every order is prepared with care so that you can enjoy authentic flavours made the way they should be.
