Refund policy

At Orugallu Origins, all our products are freshly prepared in small batches only after receiving your order. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

All products sold by Orugallu Origins, including masalas, podis, traditional snacks, and other food items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund in the following situations:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing item(s) from the order
  • Product package received in a leaking or tampered condition

To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence such as photographs, an unboxing video, or other relevant proof, depending on the nature of the claim.

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products.
