We currently accept prepaid orders only. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, due to the handmade and freshly prepared nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, color, texture, or packaging may occur.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are freshly prepared after they are placed and are generally processed within 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Telangana: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We currently ship within India only.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Product damaged during transit
- Wrong product received
- Missing item(s)
- Leaking or tampered package
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence such as photographs or videos.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
